To permanently delete your Immosurf account, you need to contact Immosurf Customer Service and request account deletion.
Canceling a subscription vs deleting your account
Canceling a subscription and deleting your account are not the same thing.
- Canceling your subscription stops future renewals and future payments, but your account and saved data remain available.
- Deleting your account permanently removes your account from the platform, including your profile, saved searches, and alerts.

How to request account deletion
If you have an active subscription, make sure it is cancelled before requesting account deletion.
To request permanent account deletion:
- Contact Immosurf Customer Service
- Provide the email address linked to your account
- Clearly state that you want your account to be permanently deleted
What happens when your account is deleted
When your account is deleted:
- You will no longer be able to access the account
- Your saved searches and alerts will be removed
- Any account-related data connected to that profile will no longer be available
