Here is how the subscription model works:
- the trial starts at a reduced introductory price
- the trial automatically converts into a paid subscription unless it is cancelled in time
- the subscription renews at the beginning of each billing cycle until cancelled
This means that when you sign up for a trial, the subscription remains active unless you cancel it before the next renewal, which is why Immosurf is charging you..
What happens if I forget to cancel my Immosurf trial subscription?
If you do not cancel your trial subscription before the trial ends, it will automatically renew into a paid subscription, and you will be charged by Immosurf.
When this happens:
- the payment method used during sign-up is charged
- your subscription continues into the next billing period
- you keep access to the subscription until it is cancelled
What happens if I cancel my Immosurf subscription late?
If you cancel after the subscription has already renewed, the cancellation will apply to future billing periods rather than the charge that has already been processed.
According to Immosurf’s Terms and Conditions:
- charges made after renewal are non-refundable in cases of late cancellation
- if there is an outstanding balance on your account before cancellation, it must still be settled
- cancelling late stops future renewals, but does not reverse a renewal that has already taken place
How to avoid being charged in the future
To avoid unexpected future charges, we recommend that you:
- set a reminder before your trial or current subscription period ends
- review your subscription status regularly in your account
- cancel your subscription from the Membership page if you do not want it to renew
