Common reasons why landlord contact details may not be visible on Immosurf
You are not logged into your account

Your Premium subscription is not active
Landlord contact details are only available to users with an active Premium subscription. If you do not have Premium access, you will not be able to view or use the landlord contact options.
You may be logged into the wrong account
If you have more than one account or used a different email address when registering, you may be logged into an account without the active subscription. If you're having trouble signing in to the right account, check that you're using the correct email address.
Your subscription may have expired

Your subscription may be linked to another Immosurf domain
Immosurf subscriptions are domain-specific. This means a subscription created on one Immosurf website may not appear on another local Immosurf domain, so you need to log in on the same website where the subscription was created.

- Click the contact button on the listing page
